Crocheted Minion Cap

MINION CAP

This is my attempt to make a minion cap. I have tried to click pics at every step so it helps others to give it a try. Hope this helps...

STEP-1: On a magic ring make 12 DC. - 12 stitches

STEP-2 : Crochet 2 DC on each DC of the previous line. - 24 stitches

STEP-3 : 2 DC - 1 DC - 2DC......... all thru. - 36 stitches

STEP-4 : 2 DC - 1 DC - 1 DC - 2 DC........ all thru - 45 stitches

STEP-5 : 2 DC - 1 DC - 1 DC - 1 DC - 2 DC..... all thru. - 54 stitches

STEP-6 : DC all around..... - 54 stitches

STEP-7 : DC all around - 54 stitches

STEP-8 : DC all around - 54 stitches

STEP-9 : DC all around in black yarn. - 54 stitches

STEP-10 to 13 : DC all around in base colour yellow - 54 stitches

STEP-14 & 15 : SC all around and finish off - 54 stitches

EYES : (Make 2 )

• Magic Ring and 10 DC on it in black colour yarn. - 10 stitches
• 2 DC in white colour in every stitch from previous row. - 20 stitches
• SC all around in white colour. - 20 stitches
• SC all around in grey colour - 20 stitches 

ASSEMBLING : Stitch eyes on the centre of the 9th black row with a yarn needle.

FINISHING : Make a few strands of hair in the centre and a smile below the eyes with yarn needle.

Finished product - a cute minion cap.

This particular cap is an adult cap. The size can be varied for different sizes.
