This is a cluster stitch Potli Bag. The basic idea of the bag has been derived from Clare's video for Cluster stitch Bag on bobwilson123.

BABY TOP
This is the top I made for my daughter to go with the pink and blue skirt I made a few months ago.
This is the pattern as described by bobwilson123 in her latest video.
Clare had demonstrated the vest for an adult size but I made the same pattern with a smaller size.
